Meeting Areas

The library has three spaces available for local groups to reserve for meetings or events:

A small library room with shelves full of books along the walls, a large carpeted area in the center, and a single support pole. Two framed pictures hang on the wall near a door and an equipment stand.

Our downstairs meeting area can seat a maximum of 40 people. Chairs and tables are available, as well as a projector that can be connected to laptops for presentations.

A wooden table with chairs around it is set in a library, with bookshelves, armchairs, and large windows in the background. Papers, books, pens, and a 1040 tax form booklet are on the table.

The table in our Adult section is available during hours when the library closed. The table has outlets and USB charging ports available, and seats 10.

A cozy office corner with a framed portrait on the wall, a large window, a coffee maker on the counter, empty shelves, potted plants, and a cushioned armchair. Sunlight streams in through the window.

The Library’s Reading Room is available for telehealth appointments, and other meetings requiring a bit more privacy. Limit 2 people, for up to two hours.

Please make sure to read the Meeting Area Use Policy before filling out the form below.

Please note: Masks are required for any meeting that takes place in the Library, regardless of whether or not the Library is open. Groups are also required to keep a list of everyone who attends a meeting for contact tracing purposes. An air purifier is available for the meeting space.
